• Day : 1 Arrival and Initial Exploration

  Early Morning:  6:00 AM

  • Namaste, Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you’ll be transferred to your hotel by your guide.
  • Check-in, freshen up, and have breakfast at your hotel.

   

  Morning (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

  • Convenient Pick-Up: Our comfortable vehicle will pick you up from your hotel in Kathmandu at 8:00 AM, ensuring a hassle-free start to your day.
  • Temple Complex Exploration: Arrive at Pashupatinath as the morning unfolds, experiencing the vibrant atmosphere. Witness the aarti (worship rituals) performed at various shrines and marvel at the intricate carvings and architectural styles of the numerous temples. Our expert guide will provide insightful commentary, explaining the significance of each structure.
  • Respectful Observation (Optional): Head towards the sacred Bagmati River, the lifeblood of the complex. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to observe cremation rituals, a central aspect of the Hindu cycle of life and death. Our guides are trained to offer sensitive explanations, but we understand this may not be for everyone. Feel free to explore other areas of the complex if you prefer.

   

  Afternoon (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM):

  • Delectable Lunch Break: Savor a delicious Nepali lunch at a renowned local restaurant near the temple complex. Immerse yourself in the local flavors and refuel for further exploration.
